    Art Description:

Larger than life portrait of a lovely girl's face. Her eyes are closed as she is lost in thought. We see these thoughts float before her. They are apparitions of her at different stages of her youth. The brightest of which is upside down envisaged as a little girl. In he next she is at a transitional state between child and young adulthood. Here she is disappearing and dissolving. This is painting performing a task it has taken on since it's inception; the process of compressing disparate time frames, styles, scenes and/or narratives into a single frame so that the images within animate the imagination of the viewer as they unpack and resist integration in favor of autonomy.

    Medium Used: Oil on linen

A body of work should not be a cadaver evidencing life that was but rather the flash-point for life which ignites anew on each renewed encounter.
