Art Description:
Vertically oriented oil and mixed mediums on Sintra Board. The substrate is a very rigid durable compound made of expanded PVC museum mounted on a frame of wood which stands the piece of the wall by an inch. Abstract figuration floats in a nebulae of foreign shapes, forms and chemical incidence. An enigma ensues in the material malaise. The surface varies between glossy and transparent glazes and impastoed texture of built up pigment. Cracking and puckering paint compliment smooth passages of candy like color. Key colors are daiquiri green and candy apple magenta.
Medium Used: Oil and Collage on Linen
